Old boiler removed from kitchen cupboard and new boiler fitted in the utility room

The plumbers arrived on time each day and were polite and caring when they laid down dust sheets on our carpets. The route that Ben the plumber chose for the pipes to come from the upstairs hot water cupboard down to the new position in the utility room was extremely efficient and positionally spot on. The pipes were all parallel to each other which not only looks good but also showed pride in his work. We are so very happy with the very high standard of workmanship, the work was done on the agreed days and the price was very competitive. We would certainly highly recommend Berkshire

Repair of cut pipe

I accidentally cut a pipe and David was here within 20 minutes. He repaired the pipe really quickly. He was fast efficient and incredibly friendly and helpful. I couldn’t recommend Them more highly.I have used them before and are always excellent. David went above and beyond to get me out of trouble. Will always use them for any plumbing

No matter what level of cover you require there is a perfect Homecare Package for you.

 

Level 1 – HOMECARE BASIC PACKAGE – Monthly Payments: £8.00 (Inc vat)

Designed to help spread the cost of an annual boiler service.

In order to keep your warranty with Worcester Bosch validated you need to service your boiler every year.  BEPH have tailor-made this package to ensure that you never miss a service.  We will contact you one month before your service is due to book one in.

What’s Included:

  • Examination of your boiler and the controls to make sure they are working correctly
  • Using a flue gas analyser to ensure that your boiler is running within the specified parameters of the manufacturer
  • Check for signs of corrosion or leaks
  • Removal of your boiler’s casing so that the inner components can be assessed and cleaned, including the heat exchanger so that your boiler keeps running as efficiently as possible
  • If your boiler is condensing we will clean out the condensing trap
  • If you have a magnetic filter we will clean this and remove any sludge build-up
  • Test for carbon monoxide emissions
  • Replacing of your boiler’s casing checking the seals are still in order and functioning properly

Level 2 – HOMECARE PACKAGE – Monthly Payments: £18.00 (Inc vat)

Designed to cover your central heating system and eliminate the worry of expensive call out charges; if something goes wrong all you need to do is pick up the phone and give us a call!

What’s Included: Investigation, diagnosis and repair of the following:

  • Boiler operation
  • Heating and Gas Pipework
  • Header Tank
  • Hot Water Cylinder
  • Immersion
  • Heating Programmer
  • Room Thermostat
  • Cylinder Thermostat
  • Heating Control Valves
  • Heating Circulation Pump
  • Radiators (not including towel, designer and curved models)
  • Radiator Valves
  • Pressure Relief Valve
  • Expansion Vessel
  • Condense Pipe
  • External Filling Loops
  • Scale Reducer

 

If any of the above cannot be repaired, BEPH will supply and fit replacements.

Level 3 – HOMECARE PREMIUM PACKAGE – Monthly Payments: £29.00 (Inc vat)

Designed as the complete package for your home care needs by covering your central heating and plumbing system. Once it is covered, you will never need to pay a call out charge again!

What’s Included: Investigation, diagnosis and repair of the following:

  • Boiler operation
  • Heating and Gas Pipework
  • Header Tank
  • Hot Water Cylinder
  • Immersion
  • Heating Programmer
  • Room Thermostat
  • Cylinder Thermostat
  • Heating Control Valves
  • Heating Circulation Pump
  • Radiators (not including towel, designer and curved models)
  • Radiator Valves
  • Pressure Relief Valve
  • Expansion Vessel
  • Condense Pipe
  • External Filling Loops
  • Scale Reducer
  • Cold water pipework
  • Cold water storage tank
  • Toilets repairs up to soil stack
  • Tap repairs
  • Internal stopcock
  • Shower – investigation and diagnosis only

 

If any of the above cannot be repaired, BEPH will supply and fit replacements, with the exception of all showers which Includes investigation and diagnosis only. We will provide you with a quotation to repair or supply and fit a new shower.
We can’t cover everything sadly – the exclusions are detailed in our Terms & Conditions (click on each heading for these) – but we do offer the same, if not more, than other big name companies.
